Always wanted one of those massive 280 rear tyred monster bikes with large tube frame??? well now's your chance...read on>>>

Well what can we say - it's a part finshed project that cost a fortune and the seller just has no time to finish it. The bike was built to SVA standard hence no paint, crappy lights etc etc - it's the only way to get them past - and THEN you build the bike YOU want! - just like the one above!

The bike is based on the world famous "Il Padrino" (The Godfather) designed by workd renowned Drag Racer - Ton Pels - who also just happens to OWN Zodiac Custom Motorcyle Parts too!!and the picture above is of the one he built. This bike listed here uses the same parts.

It's now fully SVA'd & on SORN. 1st date of registration is 19/06/2006 - so it's 2 years old now and will not need it's 1st mot until same time next year. - 2009.

DVLA have registered it as a 2006 Kit Built Zodiac! on a proper SF06*** registration - because it did not have a genuine Harley Davidson Frame. This does not affect the insurance in any way whatsoever as you will have an "agreed value policy" with your insurers anyway - as with most custom built vehicles. Finished valuation should be £20,000 +.

This is an unfinished project - differences since pictures were taken:-

The complete l/h side primary drive has been removed, however.....in it's place & still BRAND NEW & in the BOX, is a spanking 3.35" (85mm) Billet Aluminium Belt Drive set up complete which cost £2000!! It's also fitted with mega expensive rear GMA Inside/Out Belt Pulley-Brake System whick looks awsome and cleans up the complete right hand side of the bike so you can see the complete wheel without obstruction. The offset kit (45mm) has been removed from the tranny as it was ...terrible!!2 suggestions to replace it 1) put another 45mm offset kit back in...2)modify the swingarm to accomodate a 2nd pulley on a jackshaft arrangement similar to the Bourgette Python bikes (see pic at bottom of page) - much more sensible & reliable and centres the weight of the bike better (and you can go even WIDER on your tyre choice) - other than that just finish it off/paint it to suit yourself and ride away!!!!

Yes the seat looks terrible but it was only fitted to pass the SVA - a genuine NEW Ton Pels Il Padrino seat base is supplied with the bike - but doesent the bike look likes it's going to be something special? The rear suspension can be lowered with the adjustable rear shock that are fitted. (more pics at bottom of this page)
