This is a Trikeshop conversion to a Trike based on a stunning Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Classic Softail 1340cc machine. The bike itself is a 1995 model which lived in Guernsey until imported to the UK mainland in 2004 to be triked. The machine is showing +7000 miles which, although there is no service history to verify this, appears genuine based on it's condition and the fact it was on a small island! Import documents are supplied with as a piece of it's history. A dating certificate from Dockgate 20 Harley Davidson is also avail.

TRIKE:-

The bike was sent to The Trikeshop in Cardiff for the conversion. It is their standard independant rear suspension set up but upgraded to twin disc brakes at rear, and a twin seat set up complete with 2 seatbelts. 17" alloy wheels & 205 tyres also fitted. Further upgrades include:

A Champion Reverse gear drive, from the USA, is fitted and the handlebar brake lever has been removed and a new master cylinder setup put on the foot brake assembly thus leaving you able operate all 3 brakes from 1 foot pedal. The hanbrake lever is on the left under the rear seat within easy reach for the rider. The engine is a standard 1340 Evo motor fitted with an S&S Super G Carburator and a set of Cycle Shack exhausts - they sound brill!, and Stage 1 Tuned. A screen and spotlights are also fitted.

A new META Cat 1 alarm system has also been fitted and a certificate is supplied.

The trike has hardly done 150 miles since it was converted due to the owner being unable find someone to modify the trike in a safe and easy manner for 1 armed riding - and is as freash as the day it was built having been dry stored since 2005.

ps The "TUBE" at the rear of the seat is for a walking stick/umbarella - easilly removed if not wanted - only 2 bolts.

The machine is for sale at a very sensible price bearing in mind that the whole process has cost the owner in excess of £14,800.00 Excluding VAT (£16,205 with VAT) to date.

MOT'd until Jan 2009, will be taxed for 6 months.
